I can't confirm the sex part, but the guy worked for a company and he gave Louden a product from his company. You don't see him give it to him, but you notice the product when Louden is riding home with Kuch, aka Jake Ryan, later that night.

Its got to be the shoes! The guest at the hotel later gives Louden Swain Wrestling Shoes besides relaxation lessons. Later in the movie, Kuch say "nice shoes" as Louden leaves the hotel and the guest worked for a sporting goods company.

Sam scores 7pts for a new total of 80pts. In the movie "The Heavenly Kid", a gut race involved driving old cars towards the edge of a cliff and the person that jumps out the closest to the edge of the cliff was the winner. One problemo.... both Bobby and Lenny had trouble jumping out of the car in time.

Devo, it was probably called a chicken race in the movie "Rebel Without A Cause", but Gallo says "Do you know what a gut race is Barnes?" to Lenny when he challenges him in "The Heavenly Kid".
Chris, "Three Fugitives" was a great guess, but not the movie I was looking for.
Here's a hint that might jog someone's memory:
The young actress that played the cute little girl in the movie, tragically died of a drug overdose at the age of 21.

Bridgette Andersen was a child starlet in the 80's, she played in many films and touched many hearts in the Utah film "Savannah Smiles". As a teenager, she became involved with drugs and especially heroin. She died in May 1997 at the age of 21, after an accidental overdose of alcohol and drugs.

I thought someone would've gotten this movie. The 80's movie involving a Secret Service Agent obsessively hunting for a counterfeiter, who is responsible for the murder of his former partner and mentor was "To Live And Die In LA". The film starred future CSI staple William Petersen.
