Just watched Thick as Thieves, 2009; aka The Code starring Morgan Freeman and Antonio Banderas. Was an OK movie, but I expected much more. The ending was pretty good.

I watched Sex Drive last night. It is along the lines of Super Bad and American Pie. I laughed a lot. I think stupid humor like that is the best. Seeing James Marsden playing something so comical was great. This movie is not for everyone. If you enjoy pointless humor and a lot of nakedness the unrated version is pretty priceless.

I laughed so hard at this part....I almost choked on my popcorn!

I think it was rated R but could easily have been NC17.

Body of Lies with DiCaprio and Crowe. I actually thought it was pretty good with lots of action and intensity. I'd say 7/10........

i saw THE READER with kate winslet and her oscar winning performance. interesting film..

she does do a good job though. she's naked throughout a good portion of the movie haha.

it's not action packed, just a drama, but a good one.

7/10

I watched Body of Lies also. It was just okay IMHO.
Possible Spoiler:
I thought the storyline about DiCaprio's character risking his life and going back to Jordan just for a girl was unrealistic. Just my opinion, but I know of no man who would do that. I just didn't buy it. He barely even knew her.

I watched The Midnight Meat Train, which may be the most gory movie I've ever seen in my life, and I've seen a bunch. It was just okay...I expected more, to be honest.

It was pretty hard to believe that someone would do that pitt. Did you find Russell Crowe to be an arsehole in the movie too?

I watched Choke last night starring Sam Rockwell. It was pretty good, but it may not be for everyone. It's about a sex addict who works at Colonial Williamsburg, and who supplements his income to pay for his mother's nursing home costs by "choking" on his food in restaurants and choosing a rich customer to save him. They in turn send him money since they feel sorry for him. It is kind of a crazy-azz movie!

Yeah, his character was an a- hole. But I think most government handlers, like FBI or CIA, are a-holes. It's just their nature- they don't get the job by being a nice guy, ha,ha.

Just watched In the Electric Mist, 2009, starring Tommy Lee Jones, John Goodman, Peter Sarsgaard, Mary Steenburgen. Very good movie and I recommend checking it out:

I just bought Changeling for my wife not really knowing anything abouit it. Needless to say she found it shocking and disturbing and I thought it was mostly incredible. The execution scene and her admission to hospital I found to be particularly intense and well portrayed.

The Haunting of Molly Hartley...I was expecting this really scary movie (based on previews I'd seen) and what I got was a pretty boring movie. It had a couple good moments (the ending sucked though IMO) but it was NOT what I'd expected. I think I'll be selling it back...

Death Sentence, 2007 starring Kevin Bacon and Kelly Preston.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0804461/

A movie about revenge and justice. Pretty sick and twisted with plenty of violence and blood. Somewhat over the top at times, but I would recommend giving it a look.

I saw this movie. It's not bad. Very violent like you said 80'sRocked...

Saw another Kevin Bacon movie last week called "Taking Chance".

From imdb.com

Based on real-life events, Lt. Col. Michael Strobl, a volunteer military escort officer, accompanies the body of 19-year-old Marine Chance Phelps back to his hometown of Dubois, Wyoming.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1019454/

Pretty good flick. Went straight to HBO and it's on this month... [Cool]

I watched Gangs of New York for the first time the other night and I really enjoyed it. Great cast especially Daniel Day-Lewis who I think is brilliant. The only issue I had with it was the phony Irish accents.
