Ok I was young when this movie came out and can't remember many details but I am desperatly trying to find the movie. The plot was about a little girl and her father who were on a cruise ship and there was a caged tiger or leopard and the little girls doll comes to life. I can swear it wasn't a cartoon but my memory is failing me miserably and it could have been ... does anyone have any idea the name of this movie, or even remember more details than I do?

I saw it once, but don't remember the title, even though it was based off what I remember to have been a fairly popular toy line. It ended with a train chase, but that's about all I can recall.

Only that the leopard had some kind of valuable collar the bad guys were after. That's about it.
