Can you help with information about the music or song tracks used in The Naked Gun?



Song Trivia The song "I Love L.A.", written by Randy Newman and played during the baseball game at the end, is still played at L.A. Laker games immediately AFTER the Lakers have won. The song used to be played during the game when the Lakers seemingly had the victory "in the bag", signifying that the game was essentially over, but the Lakers actually lost a game after the song was played. The powers that be felt that playing the song during the game was too presumptious/overconfident. -Thanks to Raj Mehta
