St Elmo's Fire sure did have a great soundtrack and Elfante's Young And Innocent was one of my favourites!

Always loved CCM artist John Elefante´s voice. He did two excellent albums with Kansas in the early 80s and his band Mastedon is also very good.
His ´99 solo cd Defying Gravity is pure aor bliss!

I would have to go with "No Promises" by Icehouse from the movie Modern Girls. Actually, that entire soundtrack is incredible. "Dancing'" by Chris Isaak is another honorable mention from the film.

Great track Richard as is Icehouse's No Promises Cindy,I think all three Karate Kid movies had awesome songs attached to them with 2 having amongst others Peter Cetera's - Glory Of Love https://youtu.be/SaEBcaLchxU and part 3 with Listen To Your Heart - https://youtu.be/J1xIYcKVbFw by The Little River Band.

Cindymancini have you ever checked out some of Icehouse's other output as they've done some cracking tracks!

Here's a few of my faves - https://youtu.be/dgfR3AKCAQI - Electric Blue

https://youtu.be/mud8PLSvrXk - Don't Believe Anymore

https://youtu.be/hgRYNh6YH-Y - Touch The Fire

There's loads of tracks I actually like by them!
