Contrary to popular belief, Jon Bon Jovi did not have a walk on part in the original movie, although both visited the set on numerous occassions. He did, however, have a walk on part in "Blaze of Glory" as the first prisoner to be shot as Kiefer Sutherland and Lou Diamond Phillips are rescued from the underground jail.

Tom Cruise had a walk-on part. He plays the 2nd or 3rd man shot after the Regulators blast their way out of the house at the end.

Lou Diamond Phillips and Kiefer Sutherland reunited a year later in the movie Renegades. They have also starred in 2 other movies together: Young guns 2 and Teresa's Tattoo.
Director Christopher Cain is Dean Cain's stepfather.
Apparently, Jack Palance has never seen one of his own movies!

Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen are brothers in real-life, their father is Martin Sheen. Both played together a second time in "Men At Work" in 1990. Charlie would also make a cameo in Emilio estevez' film "Wisdom". They also has a sister who plays in the movie "Heathers" as the character 'Betty Fin'.
