Song Trivia Jon Bon Jovi's involvement in the sequel came about when a producer on the original Young Guns told him that the 1986 track "Wanted Dead or Alive" was an inspiration to the movie and wanted to use it in the sequel. JBJ, considering the modern metaphorical lyrics to be inappropriate and, instead, offered to pen a new theme tune for the sequel. He wrote the title track Blaze of Glory before he had even seen the film, after hearing the plot outline be read to him down the phone. -Thanks to James Noble
