When Gizmo falls into the trashcan, Billy brings him to the bathroom to put gauze on his wound.

Look at Gizmo's behind real closely, you can see a finger sticking up his butt. That's the puppeteer's finger!

If you watch Gremlins in wide screen, you see ears of Gizmo. In the scene in the bathroom you can see that they are Animatronics.

Bogus Blunders

Sometimes an apparent goof is not a real mistake

The following goofs for "Gremlins" are apparently bogus. If you disagree or have additional info, please update us.

When stripe comes at Billy in the store with the chainsaw, Billy holds up a bat to hold stripe off. Notice the bat is supposed to be metal yet the chainsaw still cuts through it!

BUT Dakta wrote in to point out: The baseball bat Billy was using to protect himself against the Gremlin with the chain saw, was not supposed to be aluminum. Clearly it was a wooden bat.
