A rubber chicken was stuffed into the entrails/pig parts when Rhodes is being torn apart by zombies towards the film's climax. Pause/freeze frame to see it. Its big and rather noticeable.

At the beginning of the movie, you can see that the alligator's mouth is strapped up with tape.

Bogus Blunders

Sometimes an apparent goof is not a real mistake

The following goofs for "Day Of The Dead" are apparently bogus. If you disagree or have additional info, please update us.

When Captain Rhodes (Joe Pilato) gets pulled in two, you can clearly see that the organ that gets yanked out by a zombie is actually a rubber chicken covered in red goop.

In reality, it's not a rubber chicken. It was a cows stomach with valves that resemble limbs.
