Ok it took place in the 90's all i remember was that it was filmed in Hawaii. The series was a about a family the father had like bright red hair. I know thats not much info but if anyone has any clues please let me know.

Was it Byrds of Paradise with Timothy Busfield from Thirtysomething, otherwise known as Wormser from "Nerds?"

It's gotta be Byrds of Paradise. I know other than Timothy Busfield, Jennifer Love Hewitt was in it. That's why I watched the show. [Big Grin]
