Does anyone remember this fad?? I remember I had to have a pet rock. All I remember was my grandpa named it "Baldie" cause it was shiny and smooth, and had no hair. I remember it came with it's own leash, and in it's own container, that looked like a brick house. Does anyone else remember all the funny fad things that you could buy at Spencer's..like the piece of coal- you could give someone as a Xmas present?

Well I've no idea what 'Spencer's' is but what about 'Slime' - if ever an idea and time came together at the perfect moment then that was it.

Spencer's is a big novelty store in alot of the malls around here. I remember Slime, I got some in my hair, and it was a pain to get out. It came in a little plastic garbage can, didn't it??? We would hang it from our nose too-and think we were hysterical. I remember they came out with purple slime too, and it had glow in the dark worms in it.
