I don't know if I ever posted about this song ever, but I love it!

Does anyone else know it and like it...here's the chorus:

I know it, but IMO Morris Day's song (with totally different lyrics, BTW) is better.

I like Morris Day's version too-(it actually is a completely different song though), it is one of my favorite songs from Purple Rain.

As for the Steve Miller song, I think that Steve Miller is overrated, a CD that I used to play a lot, I don't even have on my IPod. To me, all of his songs sound alike, and I don't know of one that I would blast in the car.

I liked Steve Millers stuff from the 70s including Jungle Love but I think I like Swingtown and Take the Money and Run better.

I used to like The Joker by him but I've heard it way too many times and can't stand to hear it anymore.

Yep, it's one of my favorites by him - very upbeat and fun classic rock. Also love the little Space Invaders-esque intro. [Big Grin]
