I often notice that I lack confidence. At work, it is difficult to speak in front of colleagues, I am afraid to take on new tasks. Even in my personal life, it is a hindrance - I cannot always directly say what I think. Friends say that this can be "trained", but I can't do it. I read that coaches help with confidence, but I don't understand how it works yet. Can anyone share their experience?
