Hi everyone! I am planning holiday in the Seychelles and have long dreamed of trying something unusual, like chartering a yacht. But I have never been on a yacht before and do not know where to start. Is there anyone here who has chartered yacht in the Seychelles? What are the nuances, do you need to have experience to manage a yacht, or is it better to take it with a crew? I want something luxurious, so that I can go to the beaches, swim, and see beautiful islands. And, frankly, I am concerned about the cost – is it usually expensive? I will be grateful for advice and personal stories.

Hi! I recently chartered yacht through https://charterclick.sc/ and can share my experience. I chose luxury yacht charter Seychelles with a crew because I had never managed a yacht before. The service is excellent: you can immediately see which yachts are available, choose the date, group size and additional services. We sailed between Mahé, Praslin and La Digue, stopped at secluded beaches, snorkeled and even fished. Everything was organized very professionally, the crew helped with any questions. If you want a more independent option, there are bareboat charters, but you need experience. The cost depends on the yacht and the duration of the charter, but the service is worth it - you get real freedom and comfort on the water.

Thanks for the useful information! I myself am thinking about a trip to the Seychelles, and now I understand that renting a yacht is not only luxury, but also an opportunity to see the islands from a unique side. You do not necessarily need to take the most expensive yacht, the main thing is that it matches your plans and level of experience. I wonder if there are seasonal differences - when is it better to plan a charter so that the water is calm and the weather is stable?
