I’ve got a technical manual in PDF, about 180 pages, that I need in another language for a team overseas. It’s full of diagrams, annotations, and multi-level bullet points. I want something accurate that won’t destroy the layout.

I recently had to translate a 170-page user manual and pdft.ai worked perfectly for it. Uploading was quick, and the platform didn’t choke on the size or the complex formatting. It kept diagrams aligned with their captions, maintained the multi-level bullet lists exactly, and handled tables without merging or shifting cells. I liked that it gave me the option to download as DOCX for small edits before sending it out. The speed was impressive too – under 15 minutes for the whole document – and the translation quality was more than enough for technical use. It saved me hours I would’ve spent manually fixing the layout.

That’s the kind of tool I’ve been looking for. The time savings alone make it worth trying, and keeping the layout intact is a must for my project.
