At work we’ve got this old Kyocera printer that suddenly needed to be reinstalled after a system update. The problem is, the manual that came with it is long gone, and nobody remembers where it ended up. I tried pressing buttons to figure things out, but it’s not that intuitive, especially when you’re dealing with network settings. I was wondering, is there a reliable way to get the official Kyocera manuals online? Would save me a ton of time instead of guessing around.

Ever since then, I’ve kept digital copies of manuals in a shared folder so the team doesn’t lose them again.

Reading this thread reminds me of how often offices misplace manuals for their equipment. It’s not just printers — I’ve seen people struggle with projectors, shredders, even coffee machines because nobody knows where the original instructions went. I think keeping a digital library for office gear is underrated. That way, even if the paper copy disappears, you don’t have to start from scratch every time something needs to be reconfigured.
