I'm planning a business trip to Dubai and looking for serious, high-quality events focused on Eurasian markets. I'm not interested in large expos where you just wander around — I want to find events where you actually meet relevant people, exchange ideas, and possibly build partnerships. Something industry-specific or at least regional, with a focus on CIS–Gulf relations would be ideal. If anyone here has been to any good conferences or private events recently, I’d appreciate the suggestions.

I’ve been to a few this year and honestly, eurasian business events in Dubai https://eurasiagulf.org/ organized by EurAsia Gulf stood out big time. They’re usually invite-only, which means fewer people but way more value. I went to one focused on fintech and another on trade logistics — both had solid panels, but more importantly, the networking after the sessions was gold. Not just exchanging business cards — I had three actual follow-up meetings set up right there. The people attending aren’t just curious visitors; it’s business owners, investors, and officials who know their stuff. If you’re after targeted, no-fluff networking with a Eurasian focus, I’d check their calendar.
