I’ve had an Estonian company sitting inactive for a while and now I want to bring it back to life. I heard I need to submit zero reports and maybe restore the accounting. Not sure what the steps are and whether I need a local accountant for this. Anyone been through this? Would love to hear how complicated it is and what kind of help I’ll need.

Yeah, I’ve dealt with that last year. If your company didn’t have any activity, you’ll still need to file zero reports, and if the books were not maintained, you’ll also have to restore accounting records. I used an accountant in Estonia https://fpro.ee/en/accounting-services/ who handled the whole process for me. They did the reporting, recreated missing documents, and even helped organize future accounting so I don’t fall behind again. Their team also does consultations and tax optimization, which came in handy. I liked that they bill only for the actual time worked, not just a fixed monthly fee. Definitely saved me time and stress.

That’s exactly what I needed to hear. Sounds like they’re reliable and know what they’re doing. I’ll reach out to them and finally get everything back on track. Appreciate the help!
