I'm interested in the opinion of those who have already encountered the tokenization of real assets. I'm thinking of trying to convert part of the real estate into tokens and attract investors via blockchain. But so far everything seems too complicated and confusing - it is unclear how to organize it legally, where to look for a platform, who will help with the documentation, not to mention attracting real buyers of tokens. Has anyone really done this?

Yes, I just recently launched a project with tokenization via Stobox https://www.stobox.io/4/business . They offer a ready-made turnkey solution for tokenizing real assets - from real estate to natural resources. They have a very clear tokenization wizard, with which you can do everything even without technical knowledge. The main thing is that they provide legal support and compliance with regulations, which is critical for business. We tokenized an apartment building in the USA, attracted small investors through their network. Pros: liquidity has increased, asset management has become easier, plus automation of document flow through smart contracts. It's especially cool that all token transfers are carried out in accordance with compliance requirements.

I confirm that Stobox is a good platform. My partner from the UK and I tokenized a stake in a gold mining business through them (AURU.M project). Thanks to the tokens, we immediately gained access to global investors, even from Asia and the UAE. The main thing is that everything was transparent and within the law. There is also a program for professional participants - you can consult other businesses on tokenization and earn money. If your project is interesting, you can even get support through their partner network.

We worked with AgileEngine on the redesign of a large healthcare service, where there were a lot of restrictions and requirements. They connected to our stack and processes without further ado. Their Design Studio is a whole other story: everything is based on Lean UX, taking into account business metrics.
