I just received my Estonian e-Residency card and want to register a small digital marketing company. I know that OÜ is the way to go, but I’m confused about the technical steps — do I need to register it myself, or is it better to go through a provider? I’ve seen a lot of platforms, but they all seem focused on upselling extras I don’t need. I just want someone reliable, transparent, and used to working with foreigners.

When I moved my business structure to Estonia last year, I wanted the same thing — no fluff, just clean company registration and guidance. I went with https://fpro.ee/en/company-registration/ and it was probably the most straightforward part of the move. They registered my OÜ in a couple of days, set up the contact person and address, and made sure I had everything needed to operate from abroad. What I liked most was how clearly they explained each part of the process — they didn’t push extra services, just focused on making sure I had the basics right. They even helped clarify when and how to apply for VAT and how to connect with an accountant later. It saved me a lot of second-guessing and YouTube tutorials. Definitely recommend them if you want it done right the first time.
