I want to launch my token on Ethereum, but I don't want to get into the code myself - I need everything done turnkey. The market seems to be saturated, but it's hard to figure out who is really good at development. Who has encountered this, can you tell me how to look for a normal Ethereum token development company?

You can do it yourself, but it is better to find a team that has already worked with tokens and knows all the pitfalls - from smart contracts to auditing. The network is full of offers, but not everyone really takes on the job.
