the movie is about and alien that crashlands in a park and hides in a mans car i think the man is a cop hes sat on a swing at the start and he is watching a deal going down or somthing then he becomes friend with the alien when he finds it in his house its a furry alien like alf i think. i have been looking for this movie for years. la or california stick out in my head when i think of this film not sure if its in the title or not. looked all over for this movie but had no luck.
