hello people
right I am after two 80's movies
the first is something to do with time travel, its not time bandits, it was actually a trailer on the big shots video if anyone ever had that, its dark lots of lazer fire, a guy that looked kind of like the emperor in star wars, maybe like a lizard?
second one is a make over movie, the girls dad goes out of town and she gets made over, braces off, contacts in, chaos ensues dad comes home and doesn't recognize her?

for a moment I thought the first one was battle beyond the stars but its not, unless i am getting two movies muddled with each other....
