Everyone loves a good movie montage, and they certainly knew how to cut them in the 1980s.

There are rules, however, rules conscientiously adhered to in the following montage I made.

Dedicated to a movie that I know some of you enjoy almost as much as me.

TOP GUN MONTAGE


Montage (The Rules)

1. Select the most OTT and preferably obvious song: Check
2. Confirm Maverick's straight before the credits roll: Check
3. Copyright means nothing, but there's no harm in pretending that it does: nod to The Man.

Kash .. Incredible! You can be my montage wingman anytime!

That video makes me want to stop drinking the hemlock and instead go Mach 2 with my hair on fire. I'm seriously digging through my chest for my Ray-bans and flight jacket for a late night cruise around town. I just looked up Penny Benjamin's address in the phone book .. Time for a high speed pass!
