futuristic post-apocalyptic survivor setting in desert enviroment where two heroes come to settlement that is hiding underground water reservoir from villian where main woman was with ( brion james? ) then goes to other hero main character after they fight. Other hero (dustin nguyen ? ) who seeks sword with holes in it made of titanium. ( possibly : precious find / assault on dome 4 / phoenix point / ? ).

I was thinking Steel Dawn, with Patrick Swayze. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094033/ His sword has holes in it, and the woman hides a resevoir underground (in the desert).

Actually..your answer sounds better..because in the movie I suggested..I think the villians controlled the water.
