I saw this years ago. I thought maybe it was zapped!/the wiz kid, but I don't think it was...

the plot:
a boy uses his fancy computer and with a drop of his blood and an egg from the kitchen, clones himself... The clone is cooler than him and wears a leather jacket.

I really want to say this is a new zealand or australian movie, but I can't remember for sure.


I would love some help finding this...

and nb, if anyone knows where I can find "not quite human" online let me know...

Sounds like The Wiz Kid to me. It was also titled Bodo.
