I was recently talking to my husband about a movie and I couldn't remember the name of it. I remember that there was a character, the angel Gabriel. I think he was played by Eric Stoltz. Anyway.....Gabriel was being chased by someone, another angel I think. Gabriel received help from a dark haired woman, whom I believe was a school teacher. Can anyone help me figure out the name of this movie? I am not sure if it is from the 80s or maybe early 90s.

Movie was called The Prophecy (production 1995) Christopher Walken was Archangel Gabriel and Eric Stoltz was the angel Simon.
