Okay, does anyone know what this is from ...

"Oh **** my *** popped out ... I hate it when that happens."

The girl who's boob popped out was wearing like a tacky hot pink spandex-like dress & this happens at night ... on a roadside-like cafe. I don't know much else, it was a movie my sister enjoyed many years ago & I can't ask her.
