There's many cool fights in Bloodsport especially against Chong Li.  -

When Dar in Beastmaster fights that Jun leader towards the end and does a salute before he karate kicks him was pretty cool.  -

I think Roddy Pipers fight scene in 'They Live' is pretty cool. Seems to last ages!!!

The scene in Kickboxer when he gets drunk and starts dancing and then takes on Freddie Lee's men is cool. I wish he was still in cool films.  -

I was going to mention this one. Could also throw out there Cripple fight from South Park since it is modelled after that particular fight scene.

Yeah, the fight in They Live lasted forever. Good one though. I like the fight scenes in Steven Seagals first movie.
