I don't remember much, but I can't stop trying to figure out the title!!
It was about this guy who turned into some sort of monster/beast whenever he was sexually aroused. The guy had brown shoulder length curly hair, and I think the girl he was in love with had chin length blonde hair. I remember one scene where they were making out and he started to change and took off through her window and down the fire escape. I think there was also a scene on a rooftop. If I remember corretly there was a series of murders or attacks on women in the area and he spent much of the movie believing he was the culprit.
I can picture both of the main characters but can't think of their names. And, the guy I recently saw on a Law & Order or CSI type show.
Anyone know the title or names of the actors?

I bought that movie not long back and it was kindof boring......let us know if you like it as much as you remembered? I ended up throwing it away!
