I just remember some parts of it but it also has Andrew McCarthy in it. i think the way it goes is that Duckie spends all his money tring to buy either a ring or earings to give to this girl and i believe Andrew hooks up with her.. im lost and need help with the title of this movie.. Anybody know

The only movie I know they both were in was PRETTY IN PINK.

I honestly do not know.

Why not go to www.imdb.com and look up Jon Cryer's credits? OR Andrew McCarthy's credits?

From the description it sounds like Last American Virgin but neither Jon Cyer or Andrew McCarthy are in that movie.

ok i was advised that Jon Cryer is not in the movie but definetly Andrew McCarthy. There is a blond headed female in this movie who im not sure who she is. Thanks for the previous posts from ya i appreciate the effort. still trying to figure it out though and would appreciate any more responses

How about the one with Horses in the title (exact name escapes me) that featured both McCartney and Ringwald?

Wait a minute...I THINK Andrew McCarthy gave bimbo Kelly Preston earrings in a movie, but ended up with Helen Hunt.

pretty in pink is the only one i know with john and andrew in it. it must be p.i.p because the duckie name narrows it down to one movie
