what is that movie where the kid finds a way to grow older (not BIG) and he grows into a man played by alan fick. He goes to school and they think he is the new principal. He later falls in love with the teacher, and when he has to turn young again, she goes with him?

Alan Fick? You probably meant Alan THICKE?

Thicke appeared in a Disney Sunday TV-movie called "14 Going On 30", shown in 1988.

Is this the one you're thinking of?

BTW, there are plans for a remake of this production, to come out in 2003, with one major difference: the lead role is female. The new version will star Jennifer Garner from the current TV show "Alias".

Also, try this site:

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info.. Yup, that's the one!

Why do they always keep remaking movies...

they need to come out with more original ideas..

I guess the 80s just plain ruled!

Well, if they HAD to remake an 80's thing, is that a problem?

I don't particularly care for sequels and remakes, but I consider it a compliment to the 80's.

Remember that old saying, "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery".
