A family moves into an old house, where they find it is haunted with pilgrims
the bad guy is called Mr. Boogity and he says "boogity boogity boo!"
please help me out on this one

It's called "Mr. Boogedy" has the same girl that was the original "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" movie. Kristy Swanson?

unfortunately its not on video. :( you can only get taped copies off of tv
