The ultimate 80's "chick-flick" (or as a previous generation once referred them, "women's pictures") is now a Broadway production!

None of the movie version's stars are in it. But the new Broadway version has some stars from the 80's:

Christine Ebersole (SNL and the movie Amadeus)
Delta Burke ("Designing Women" show)
Marsha Mason
Frances Sternhagen (lots of TV stuff and the movie Bright Lights, Big City)

hey
My sister did this show on broadway in florida last year. I wasn't able to go see her in it though. I do have some pics of her in it. She played shelby julia roberts character. My mom said it was great and my sister said she enjoyed doing it. I think she did it for 6 months and did 14 preformances a week. She was ready to move on to the next show though after this was over lol Pretty cool they are doing it in new york. SHe was just in new york going to auditions. I wonder if she auditioned for this. I will have to ask her now lol
