I watched a movie when i was just a kid about goblins. There was this family of four who moved into a new apartment. The little girl had long blonde hair and she found a ring. It belonged to the goblin king or something. Anyway, goblins started taking over the apartment building. I think the lady from Seinfeld was in this movie. The little girl's brother had to save her with the help of a witch(?) who lived on the top floor. I thought the name was Goblins, but I can't find it anywhere. This is driving me absolutely mad. The movie you are looking for is called Troll it was made in 1986. Great movie i loved it as a kid
