does anybody remember a film released in the eighties about a guy who had super powers after being caught in an atomic blast whilst sitting in a boat but these powers failed when he saw the colour red. If anybody can remember the title i would be most pleased.

Someone should write a "what movie is this?" FAQ, listing those titles that get asked almost every few months: Frog Dreaming, Hugga Bunch, Super Fuzz, My Demon Lover etc.

That is a fantastic idea. Something that maybe we could have for those that come in for one question. Maybe just a question category that people don't have to register for the website for, but something so that the regulars know it's just a movie or music question.

It would have to be written with a bunch of short keyword descriptions like "loses power when he sees red", "girl goes through mirror", "monster in the middle of a lake" etc. in a way that doesn't contain any major spoilers to the movie but are instantly recognisable traits of the movie's plot/characters to someone trying to find it.

It is funny that you mention My Demon Lover because I just bought it on VHS!!! LOL I always thought that Scott Valentine was very cute in a sort of dirty and rugged way...
