When you go to post a reply there's links below the text entry box for URL, EMAIL etc. and below that there's a link for "What is UBB Code?" which will tell you how to type in the codes yourself.

But what if it is saved in your folder? how do convert it into a webpage?? Somebody PLEASE help me??!!

Did your ISP give you any webspace?
You don't need to create a webpage to put images into your posts, just upload the image to your webspace then point the image url at the picture on your webspace.
