I'm trying to find a horor movie that is from the 80's I think involving a scary lamp that somehow kills people.I remember a guy getting his hand stuck in a blender and another guy who goes into a crawl space to fix a pipe then has this black goo leak all over him.

If the lamp was about the height of a hatstand and the actual light part was an orange-ish ball (from what I can remember) then yes it was one of the Amityville films but couldn't say which one.
