Hey...I really need help remembering the title of an 80's fantasy movie I saw when I was little.
The Movie starts off with a teen boy being beaten up by bullies. He runs away from home that night and ends up in a castle in the sky, his father's...he finds out he's a prince and that he has to overcome his wimpy fears and fight the villain with a stone heart. I think it might be a children's fantasy movie...Help???

this is just a guess, but is it "The Neverending Story?" 1 or 2?

Dont think this is Neverending story here - Dad was never the prince in those films.

I know exactly what film your talking about, its a british film, probably between 86-89. cant remember the name of it but search for childrens classics on google of that era, it might bring up some titles.

I finally found the title...The Land of Faraway. It's a Russian film made in 1987. Christian Bale is the Prince.
