I have to know the title of a movie I saw as a child, think it's from -85 or -86. I think it has something to do with the Star Wars movies. A guy crashes his starship somewhere. He gets out. Then I remember some scenes when he's in a big cave where this giant monster/thing lives. I remember some very big stairs in that cave. Then there's also some big spiders in that cave. Then I don't remember much more, please help! (PS I think there were ewoks too..)

I can think of two films which might fit the bill:
Spacehunter:Adventures in the Forbidden Zone (1983) starring Molly Ringwald, Peter Strauss, Michael Ironside & Ernie Hudson (Winston, Ghostbusters) where Peter Strauss is a bounty hunter who goes to rescue some women from a bad planet and meets up with Molly Ringwald there.
Enemy Mine (1985) starring Dennis Quaid & Louis Gosset Jr. where they're enemies who crash on a hostile planet (deadly creatures, meteor storms etc.) and have to get along to survive, Louis Gosset Jr is a reptile alien.

The film you are on about I remember it the planet the ship crashed on was the ewok planet, and the giant you are on about eats ewoks but I cannot remember the title.

If it is something to do with Ewoks, the two movies were: 'The Ewok adventure' (1984) and 'Ewoks: The battle for Endor' (1985). I think the first movie was called something like 'The caravan of courage' in the UK, and possibly Europe.
