I saw a movie in the mid 80's, it was your typical H.S. hijinx/T&A movie about these two guys who meet these two girls at a carnival, and one guy falls in love with the girl cuz she has on these panties with hearts on them, which he sees while following her up a ladder. Also, for some reason, these bad guys are after them, and chasing them all around the carnival. Lots of nudity and silliness. Anyone remember the title?
