Trying to choose between Doorloop and Stessa for managing a couple of properties. I’m looking for something intuitive but not too expensive, and ideally something that lets me track expenses and rent payments easily. Any thoughts on which one’s better — or maybe an alternative?

I compared both Doorloop and Stessa recently and they each have their perks, but it really depends on how hands-on you want to be. Stessa is more focused on financial tracking — it’s great for investors, not so much for day-to-day landlord tasks. Doorloop offers more property management features but can be a little overwhelming if you’re just managing a few rentals. I ended up leaning toward TenantCloud because it offers a nice balance of usability and features, without being bloated. It has everything I need for rent payments, maintenance, and communication in one place. If you’re trying to figure out which tool suits you better, I’d recommend reading this guide. It really helped me sort through the noise and decide confidently.

Appreciate the detailed answer! I’ve been comparing those two for weeks and still couldn’t decide. Didn’t even have TenantCloud on my radar, but I’m going to check it out now — sounds like a good fit.
