I recently rented this and watched it for the first time since I was a small child.. I love Larry Cohen.. and this is probably the best dark satire posing as a horror film ever..

I really loved the trailer. "The Stuff is a product of nature, a deadly living organism!" Some little kid "It's gonna kill you all" as he's being restrained on a grocery store's tile, hehe. Then some guy (or more likely a puppet) with his mouth opening HUGE as he groans.
