Needing some help. It was a late 80's movie with a picture of a roller coaster on the cover with caracters sitting in it from the movie. All I know is there is a part in the movie with a urologist...I know this is a "reach" . Need help

The problem with asking about a cover, is that we need to know where you're from first. Covers could sometimes differ from country to country. Also, the request is a little plot lite. More info needed?
