Some clever ideas and technologies that will make the internet and forums a much friendlier and more welcoming place.

The Korean idea is very interesting - everyone has a 13 digit PIN that they must enter everytime they register for a website - this stops people from flaming other users, being banned and then rejoining under other names to avoid detection.

I also like the "karma" idea - the community moderates itself by voting posts up or down. It's human nature that we would want a "good" number beside our names, because it means that the community likes you.
