I heard this song yesterday when I was in the grocery store....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zH_AJ4rDdEY&feature=related

I remembered that Keanu Reeves was in the video, and it had a 50's background to it.

It is a cool video.

I don't understand why they can't make good videos anymore.

I also love the video for:

Promise of a New Day.

To me also, "straight up" was by far the best song by Paula Abdul.

Aaah but Keanu Reeves...mmmmmh. [Wink]

I heard that she had a strange reality show on tv in America in recent years?

@bandit: that was the most amazing video, so much more impressive to me than the ever applauded "sledgehammer"-video!

Yeah, "Straight Up" is still the jam. I remember the first time I saw that video. I was sitting at my parents kitchen table eating pizza and it was a Saturday early evening. My one girlfriend was over and we were like this song is awesome...hey wait...there's Arsenio Hall?!?!?

Paula actually released a new song this year called "Dance Like There's No Tomorrow" and it was great! Perfect nod to her past but current enough sounding. I was surprised it didn't turn into a hit. Check it out online if you guys get a chance. You will most likely love it!

Oh and the "Rush Rush" video was cool. A little tribute to Rebel Without A Cause. Classic!

I agree with those who think that "Straight Up" is Paula's best song.

However, my favorite music video from her is "Opposites Attract".
