Will To Power's Dreaming is freestyle as well as Laura Enea, the others are not. Apparently there are still new 'freestyle' tracks being made, but I would stick with the early to mid-90s stuff.

This sounds like Dreamer. I don't know who sings it, it's a 90's dance song. I could be wrong.
That Dreamer song is by LIVIN' JOY (Love, life and laughter is all that I believe) but that's not the Dreaming song the original poster is looking for. WILL TO POWER's Dreaming is the song with the lyrics they listed.

Have you guys ever gone to one of those Freestyle concerts where a bunch of different artists perform? I went to KTU'S BEATSTOCK last summer and had a great time. CYNTHIA, TKA, THE COVER GIRLS, JUDY TORES and a bunch of other people were there.

I almost went to Beatstock last year or the year before. Incidentally, KTU is one of my favorite radio stations! I listen to it everytime I'm on my way into the city and while I'm there. I also listen to it at home via their website. It's the beat of New York, what more do you need?
As for Freestyle, I love it! Always have. IMO, it was a nice segueway from the 80's to the 90's and right before the whole grunge thing happened. For your downloading pleasure, I've listed what I believe to be some of the best freestyle tracks ever made!
