The car used in the 1st movie was a 1947 Ford Convertable(not a 1950 Chev as stated).It was owned by the original owner from San Diego. Ca. It was sold a number of years ago to a collector in Las Vegas. It has since been sold to enother collector in australia.

On the dvd commentary from 2005 Ralph said he owned it.
