The first - Not sure if anyone's heard this, I just came across it myself during a search for all things KK related. It's a two-part podcast discussion with Billy Zabka (Johnny Lawrence) on the Adam Corolls Show revisting all things Karate Kid from September of last year:

Plus, a great text interview about the original movie during the release of No More King's video. In it, Zabka reveals that the opening of Karate Kid II was all re-shot for the opening and not left over from the original, and Avildsen never filmed it for part 1. Here is is:
