Originally, this movie was scheduled for Madonna and Sean Penn. When Madonna heard that they had cast Willis in the male lead role, she pulled out.Thanks to David Durant
Does anyone know that the wedding ceremony was filmed in the back yard of Barron Hilton's mansion in Holmby Hills.Barron Hilton is Paris' grandfather, who recently dis-inherited her for her bad behavior. Probably cost her about $60 Million. He said she had "sullied" the family name. A picture of the swimming pool from the movie can be seen on the cover of Architectural Digest, Oct. 2007 issue.
I know this all to be true, because I spent a summer in the house when I was 18 years old... just before Barron bought it.
